P0344 Camshaft sensor "A" circuit intermittent (Bank 1 or single sensor)

How long can you drive with the CK ENG LT on. This depends on what is the cause for this code, This code is also set due to the alternator having a open diode,(which will produce   a low charging output) . or just a failing sensor. This code can also just be a intermittent connection cause by poor mating of the sensor.Any time the CK ENG LT comes on it represent that you will be using more fuel than required. What will force you to repair this code situation is when its registration or vehicle emission inspection is due.
