Question

2008 Volkswagen Jetta with code P0303. I have changed the spark plug and coil and still got the code

P0303 Misfire number 3 cylinder

Remove the igntiion coil and swap it with a different cylinder and see if the misfire moves with the coil. if it does the igntion coil would be faulty.If it does not look into the harness of the igntion coilvcheck to see if any of the primary wire has opened.you may need a pigtail for that igntion coil
