P0301 2001 Ford E250 -

Question

hi there i have a 2001 e250 4.2l show a po301 missfire detected i have change the following spark plugs,wires,coil and all the oxygen sensors. i use a can of 44k fuel injector cleaner and i still have the missfire on cylinder one. can anyone help ? thanks!

Hi there,

After replacing the plugs and wires if you still have a misfire on a single cylinder, then usually the next step is to either swap the fuel injector with the one next to it and see if the misfire moves to that cylinder. Or try doing a compression test on that cylinder and see if it's low compared to the others. You may have an internal issue causing the problem
