2008 bmw 325 I 3.0 p0304 and P0306

Question

Bmw 325i 3.0ltr 2007 57 plate
fault p0304 and 0306 lumpy when cold eml light on
could it be a vanos fault . Tried swapping coils around and injectors still same fault code.
