Baro read solenoid actuated vacuum valve in my 2002 Stratus 2.4L 4 cyl engine has "30Ω" engraved on it, but actually measures 46Ω... and some webpages state that "about 50 ohms is the correct value. As the computer pulses the solenoid, it reads voltaje to register "close to 0.0 volts and close to 12 VDC, and then interpretes that as correct values when energizing and desenergizing the circuit, thus verifying that the circiut is OK if the 0 and 12 V figures are met.

IF the voltajes are not close to 0 and 12 V, then it displays code P-1105 meaning that the circuit must be either open or has a short.

My question is: What is the proper ohmic value for the solenoid's coil?

Vehicle: Dodge Stratus R/T Sedan 2.4L DOHC Turbo.

Resistance measurement is fine , but this solenoid work by voltage, What the ECM does is constantly looknig for open circuit, grounded circuit, and rationality, Under a resistance test this is a static test, but under a loaded  condition where voltage is applied everything changes, a drop in its voltage which would be a short, or a glitch causing a open. This is where a labsope can pin point the problem. The solenoid is  faulty.
