Do Stored codes of P0014 an P0172 on Chevrolet Trailblazer need correcting?

My 2003 Chevy Trailblazer EXT LT had alternator and battery failure so I have them replaced. After the repairs, the Service Engine Soon light came on and showed codes P0014 (Exhaust Camshaft Position System Performance) and P0172 (Fuel Trim System Rich Bank 1) as Stored Codes. The vehicle seems to run fine...so do these codes need to be corrected or can they be cancelled?

Clear the code if the code , this would determine if these code where set due to the charging system failure, If the code come back then yes this would be something that would need to be futher investigating.
