Told by dealer due to electronic throttle--no apparent fix

Was there any code that is stored for this condition. This year year and make there been reports of a torque convertor shudder, if you are driving under a light load between 25mph and 50 mph and there is a brief shudder , then you will need the PCM reprogrammed.
