How do I know if I need the California (CARB) version of the O2 sensor or not? The parts are Denso 234-4797 (ex Cal, $50 cheaper), Denso 234-4363 (Cal). Under the hood it says "Catalyst TWC, A/F SENSOR, HO2S, EGR, SFI OBD II Certified".

Vehicle: 2004, Honda, Accord LX, 2.4L

If you live in California and bought the car from California most likely you need a CARB version of the oxygen sensor. If the car was brought from a different state that is a different story. call your local Honda dealer with your vin number and use the honda part number to find the part.
