P0302 Toyota - scion tc

Question

My 2007 scion tc is having problems going uphill , the check engine light comes on and it sputters , once i get on level roads it drives fine , idles a little rough but goes away after a few seconds , gave me the code p0302 , i changed the spark plugs already but still has the same problem , could it be a coil problem or a fuel injector problem ?

P0302 Misfire number 2 cylinder

If the vehicle is going uphill there is more of a load placed on the engine, So the demands are greater and if the misfire go away after the hill this would be a ingition coil, or the secondary seeking ground,
