24 Air charge temperature sensor out of self test range

Code 23 has a lot to do with the vehicle being hard to start, this is common failed item that causes a hard to start vehicle.Look for any coolant that may have leaked into this sensor and effects its perfomance,(on some model there is a coolant line that runs near the TPS)
