Can the check engine code "p0013" on 2008 Saturn Vue 2.4L be intermittent?

P0013 Exhaust camshaft position (CMP) actuator solenoid control circuit

Yes this can be intermittent, it can also be cause by low to poor oil maintance. If the code is cleared and does return the exhaust cam solenoid will require a replacement. The one solenoid near the exhaust manifold is the exhaust camshaft position sensor
