P0627 Toyota - I already change the pump and still show the light

Question

I have Toyota rav4 2005 diesel,when i park it like 2hours is not going to start till I used easy start for it ,
it was showing me this code p0627 on and I already change the pump,I cleaning egr still doing something.pls can someone help me for this problem am leaving in Manchester

I would suggest checking the wiring since changing the pump didn't solve the issue. Here is a list of other possible causes.
