Help! During my inspection my engine light wouldn't go off and the meter kept reading P0341.
I understand that means there is either something wrong with the chain or the battery.
So I bought a new sensor at auto zone, but was I supposed to buy a new chain?
Is this easy to do on your own or do you really need a mechanic.
Please help
I'm not too good with cars

P0341 CMP sensor A and CKP sensor incorrect phase detected

With this code condition there are steps that need to be done, the last resolve would be with the timing chain. If the timing chain was to be done it would also need te timing chain tensioner. The componenet that are  causes  this code are CMP sensor, timing chain and auto tensioner,the VTC (varaible timing ) control solenoid, and the VTC actuator.
