I have a 2002 Kia Optima and the check engine light will not go off it keep coming up with a P0447 code that my evaporative control i had it changed and had my car recoded and it still poping up with the same code now the dealer is telling me that my wiring harness is bad, now they said that my on board computer is bad? help???
