2010 Dodge, P0735 and P0734 no slipage and no cel or internal signs of failure?

I keep getting a P0734 and P0735 codes and tranny goes into limp mode, no CEL, Tranny doesn't feel like it is slipping but it keeps going into limp mode, dropped oil pan, oil filters, magnet and oil pan all clean no residue or signs of physical failure at all and oil looked to be in great shape yet too.
