P1495 Dodge - 2000 Durango

Question

We have tried replacing the alternator and battery as well as the leak detection pump and pcm (though we feel the replacement pcm was bad). Please advise next steps in detecting and repairing the problem. Thank you in advance your help is greatly appreciated.

P1495 Leak detection pump circuit

This code code is shorted circuit of the leak detection pump.The alternator field is tied in with the LDP. if the LDP is horting it affects the field of the alternator.and the alternaotr will not charge. Disconnect the LDP and check the charging system , you may just have a wiring issue
