P0087 Fuel rail pressure too low

It can not be done. What you are doing is using bi-directional control which momentarily gives you a set amount of control of the idle.There is nothing that can increase the idle especially when you have a code condition. Fuel line restriction need to be inspected this condition and also the filter.
