1999 Ford Windstar 3.8L with code C1234

Question

I looked up code and says Right front wheel sensor. Still get same code. Is c1234 only the R or could it be a different wheel? Is this code explanation accurate?

C1234 is for Right Front (Passenger side) 

have you replaced the sensor? make the ring is in place and there is no damage to the axel ring
