Where is B camshaft position timing over advanced or system performance bank 1 located?

2003 525I: B camshaft position timing over advanced or system performance bank 1. I replaced seals in Vanos; removed, tested & cleaned both Vanos solenoid valves and pistons; pined-out and tested voltage to solenoid valves and cam-shaft position sensor (voltage on sensor and trigger); reversed location of solenoids and still get P0014 code. I did not test cam-shaft sensor up by oil filter. Is this the sensor the code is referring to?

P0014 Variable camshaft timing,

"B" is for the outlet camshaft or the exhaust side. in order to get a adavance the solenoid would be in the open position .
