This code indicates a lean mixture on bank 1. With the symptoms you have it is likely and intake manifold leak causing the issue. To test, start the car and spray some carb cleaner along the intake. If the idle speeds up or smooths out then you have an intake manifold gasket leaking and it will need to be replaced.
