I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 3.9 liter engine. I had some codes come up and replaced the idle air valve and the crank sensor. The truck was stalling at idle and it runs great now. when I started the truck up the next morning it was cold out side and the truck did not idle and backfired until it warmed up. the truck does have 180,000 miles on it and I get a code P1391 now. I don't think I have a CMP camshaft position sensor. I think it is lean at a cold start. Please help me thank you....

P1391 Intermittent loss of CAM or CKP

This seems to be a lean misfire , P1391 can be cause due to the rough idle and the stalling, You also do have a CMP sensor A failing CMP can also cause this condition especially when first started.
