P0443 Evaporative emission purge control valve circuit

Evaporative purge valve if it is sticking or stuck it will cause drivabilty issue such as what you are experiencing. Ford has produced a TSB for this condition with a new updated purge control valve. TSB # 11-3-22, Also with TSB 12-3-19 what this is about is is the purge valve being stuck open causing the canister to fill with liquid fuel. Both of these are under a Emission Warranty. Also make sure the ECM Recall is performed. Campaign # 13B16

Thank you Reynaldo I will contact the dealer tomorrow about the service bulletin for the evaporating plug valve that is what I thought it was but my car ran out of warranty about six months ago is emissions warranty still good for five years I only have under 23,000 miles on it. It is just about broken in LOL.

This particular vehicle has 2 Recall that needs to be performed. They where all produced in 2014 one is for the throttle body 13B17S1, this  why it feels sluggish, 2nd is the ECM update 13B16 these have warranty extension. broken in would be at about 65,000 miles As long as you are the first owner Recalls do not expire.
