P0300 chev- 5.7 vortec

Engine light blinking. Motor stumbles. one cat is 198F (bank 1) and the other is 501F (Bank 2)
Have replaced plugs/wires/cap/rotor/injectors/manifold gaskets and removed cats.
Still have issue with setting the code and engine stumble.
Fuel filter replaced and pressure is good.
Possible ECM or O2 sensors?

Vehicle: 1996 Chevy Tahoe, LS, 5.7
