p0308 - Ford 2004 lariat f150 what could it be ?

Question

My f150 hesitates to start
And once Its on . it will shake
And throw white smoke from exhuast and bits of water
Lack of power ....when accelerated...
Lots of smell from gas

Cylinder #8 misfire, if you have not replaced the spark plugs start there. You may have to swap ignition coils to see if the code most to the other cylinder 

you can try to swap ignition coil #7 and #8
