P0125 Ford -where do i find the ECT sensor and where do i find the ECM

my truck was just tuned up at Ford Repaired at Service Dept, I told them the Code was showing up. I ran the truck for 3 weeks and came back on.

P0125 Cylinder head temperature sensor

This is for the coolant head temperature sensor which operates the same as the ECT (engine coolant )temperature sensor, what set this code , check the cooling fan clutch as the engine is warmed up. with engine off the cooling fan clutch should have a drag. if not you would need to replace the cooling fan clutch.You would have to remove the intake to acess the ECT. Report of repair for this code has been with the cooling fan clutch not operating correctly leading to a overheat condition.
