p0016 crankshaft position correlation bank #1 sensor A is the code....what type of cost is involved to fix this problem?

This code might be set if your oil is dirty or the wrong oil weight was used.

if you have not replaced the oil in the last 4k miles replace the oil (5w-30)

if the code still comes back the sensor might have to be cleaned or replaced. it is about half an hour of labor 

the part is like $50 or so
