P2401 - audi 2005.5 b7

Could anyone tell me if this is a serious code to be concerned with. New timing belt water pump, car is a 10 out of 10 been babied entire life.

start by checking the gas cap it might be loose,

the EVAP system will need to be checked for broken or loose hose that might be bad or a solenoid that is stuck

if someone worked on the car, they might have left something loose or unplugged

you can look near the engine bay and near the gas tank (visually) but you might have to take it to a shop that has a smoke machine to find the issue
