Chrysler 300c 3.0 CRD fault codes P0670 + P0299

I have got a 2009 3.0 CRD 300c with no power and had white smoke bellowing out the back when going over 2000 RPM, smoke then stopped altogether and went into limp mode and that's where I got the fault codes above, still has no boost but ticks over fine, any help would be greatly appreciated
