P0137 H02S circuit low voltage Sensor 2

This code condition does not cause a no start or a start and stall engine condition, there is another condition  that is going on , such as fuel pressure, ignition problem , such as the CKP (crank position sensor)  or air induction such as the MAF(mass airflow) . When you cycle the key you should be able to hear the fuel pump come on that is only a indication the pump is a least working.
