P0411 Volkswagen - 2000 jetta 2.0

cleaned combi valve but the solenoid valve is hissing all the time from that little round cap on it. I don't know if that is what its supposed to do all the time or if it is stuck. All the other vacuum lines seem to be functioning fine.

Hi there,

It should  not be hissing. This means it's leaking and needs to be replaced.
