Subaru Mode $06, MID:$36, TID:$cd - codes mean?

I assume this is an Exhaust Gas or Evap test, but I can't find a listing of MID & TID codes. Help!

Vehicle: 2008 Subaru Outback 2.5i (4 cyl, non-turbo)

there are no such codes, try to use a different OBD-II reader, the one you are using is not compatible with your car.

if you are using a phone app try a different app.
