Check Engine light Code P0351 - Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit

2009 Toyota Corolla just had it in dealership on Saturday for recall on Smart Stop Technology and they stated "as per manufacturers instructions reflash the ECM with the new override system software and install an authorized modification label" They said car is fine, just needed battery and engine filter replaced, so we did. On Tuesday night, check engine light came on. Car is running smooth, no idling, no issues. Took to autozone just now and code came up "P0351" could this have anything to do with what Toyota fixed for their recall?

There is a TSB for this which is not a recall TSB # T-SB-0379-08 what this is about is a improved engine harness , This is only for a warranty.
