Hi there

This code means the battery voltage is to high. It's over 15.75 volts for more then 10 seconds so the pcm sets the check engine light.

There could be a couple different causes for this code.

The alternator, the alternator field control wiring, or the PCM. These will all need to be tested, in most cases the it's the alternator causing the problem.
