Question

I have really bad hesitation and black smoke with these codes, what do I Start with?

P0405 Exhaust gas recirculation sensor A circuit low

P0403 Exhaust gas recirculation

P0064 is a heated 02 sensor code that has nothing to do with the hesitaion and black smoke, unless the code intended is P0046 which is for the VGT control valve for the turbo. What you have is a turbo problem , With these condition as you acclerate the symptom gets worse. The worste scenerio is the turbo being coke up. If the intended code was P0046 replace the VGT
