What does the J1850 code mean on my 2001 Ford F150 XTR 5.4L 4x4 Triton?

I have a 2001 Ford F150 XTR 5.4L 4x4 Triton and diagnostic comes up with J1850 PWM ok. Tried resetting and still came back up about a week later. Any help out there?

J1850 this is the OBD protacol, which the ECM communicated at this speed to a scan tool this is not a code. A engine code will have a "P" such as P0XXX or P1XXX  this is just the communication speed.
