P0340 Dodge - what else will generate this code

Have changed CPS and it's still throwing the some code have cleared it 3 times lasts a few days then it returns thanks for the help

P0340 Camshaft position sensor circuit,

Hard to start condition can set a camshaft position code,  You may also need this to be flashed , Dodge has a TSB bulletin TSB # 18-015-09 titled MIL light on DTC set P0340 / P0344  what this TSB is about is a reprograming the ECM with a new software, Check the underhood for see if there has been a authorized modification label with p/n 04275086AB if not you may just need a reflash.
