P0340 Honda - hard to start.

Question

trying to find out if i need to change the cam shaft sensor again ,which I did a month ago. Or is it because of the hard start. It take two to three times to start the car and when it does start it smell like emissions or something of the sort. If it gets to 3,000 RPM it starts to stutter. So kicking into over drive to jump on the freeway is a no go.
Like I said I have already replaced the cam shaft sensor. Everything was fine for about a month.

Please help.

P0340 No cam sensor signal

Hard to start usually can set a cam sensor code, when you accelerate to 3000 RPM and it stutter and you have a P0340 then yes you will need to replace the camsensor
