Dodge Cummins 5.9L 2500 with engine code P1682

Question

I have the abs light on and the brake light on. Brakes work perfectly. The speedometer does read until 25mph. My smarty programmer says charging system voltage low, so I replaced the alternator and the problem still exists. Any information that can help with the abs and brake light would be nice.
