P2323 Dodge -

Question

Dodge Datota 4-door truck, 2 wheel drive, 4.7 V- engine. Getting P2323 codes. The truck is running too rich. Gets up to about 2200 rpms and bogs down. Replaced the PCM almost a year ago with a reworked one.
