P1441 Chevrolet - when the purge solenoid isn't malfunctioning.

After clearing code p1441, the code returns after a week or so. The Purge solenoid is already a new one. Is there a common cause of this condition on S10 Blazers from the 90s?

If the fuel tank pressure sensor isn't working like it should you could get a code for the purge solenoid. Of course there could be wiring issues with the purge solenoid or the pressure sensor. If the pressure voltage doesn't change, the computer might think the system isn't purging properly.
