P1133 is a problem with the circuit response on the bank 1 sensor 1 O2 sensor. Basically the sensor isn't responding the way the computer is expecting it to. This could be due to the sensor itself or the wiring to the sensor. Check the connector for the sensor and the wiring to make sure it's not frayed, then replace the sensor to resolve the issue.
