P0014 Hummer - does anyone could help me? Little engine noise

My truck's mileage is 60000 P0014 Hummer - does anyone could help me? 2 Weeks ago i changed the oil of my hummer h3 2006 and since then I've heard a strange noise sometimes not to loud but its there... I used synthetic oil 5w-40, Code is P0014 I really hope you could help me! Thanks!!!

The car requires 5w-30 not 5w-40, replace it with the correct oil 5w-30, I have seen this problem before with using wrong oil.

the car takes 5w-30 and 6 quarts of oil, replace the oil then reset the light
