This code is for a multiple cylinder misfire. You can get this code with a single cylinder misfire if the computer can't determine which of the cylinders is misfiring. This could mean you need a tune up, have an intake manifold gasket leak or possibly some sort of fuel issue. Like water in the fuel or low fuel pressure.
