B1650 - how can I fix it ..the car has no accidents , it just apeard suddenly

this error is appearing in the computer even after refreshing it , the airbags has never deployed , I want to know how to fix b1650

The problem could be caused by a loose connection 

if the car is under warranty it should be covered by the dealer for free
