P0601 Chevrolet - reduced engine power

i replaced my 2008 2.2 ecotec eng now have reduced engine power code po601

P0601 Control module Read Only Memory (ROM)

This code condition has two area that the code condition originated from , the powertrain management dealing with the ECM and the throttle actuator control (TAC)  where  ECM is not programed for the TAC. The second area it may have orginated from is the transaxle. where the TCM (transmission control module) is faulty
