my 2000 grand cherokee is throwing codes P0203 and P0303. where do I start to fix this problem?

Just started running rough yesterday, and the MIL came on. I got 2 codes; P0203 and P0303. I need to know where to begin...

Vehicle: 2000 jeep grand cherokee 8 cyl

P0203 Injector circuit number 3 cylinder

P0303 Misfire number 3 cylinder

The injector is causing the a misfire ,this is is for one particuar cylinder which is the number 3 cylinder, a replacement of the fuel injector should solve the issue
