I got the P0420 code showing on my 2007 Jeep Compass, work in area already done.

PO420 code showing. Recently I had a manifold done. Just had spark plugs done. Have 115000 miles on a 2007 Compass. I need to know what to look for or ask the mechanics about it, so I don't get ripped off.... again. Thanks, very frustrated with this vehicle
