Most of the time they dont sell the shift solenoid valves separately you will have to purchase the whole valve body.

You can take it to a transmission specialist they might be able to find a shift solenoid valve 

P0763 is not used in the service manual for this car, try to use a different OBD-II reader. the one you are using may not compatible with your car
