P0405 2003 Ford F150 - EGR

P0405 2003 Ford F150 - I replaced the EGR sylinoyde and cleared the codes and the service engine soon came on again, not sure where to go from here.

Hi there

It's very common for the egr passages to become blocked with carbon so even though the egr is working, no air is getting in and it will cause this code to appear.
