code p1031 and p1148 on my nissan Altima 2005 3.5

Question

I just changed 2 oxygen sensors on my 2005 Nissan Altima 3.5 , along with aftermarket cats and front pipe. I am now getting code p1031 and p1148. Any suggestions? no codes prior but dealership told me the cats and front pipe needed to be changed as they were clogged and the car had no power. Now car runs fine but these codes are appearing.
